Stanley- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently joined Don Jensen and his family along with local members of the farm community to unveil a brand new methane digester at Lawnhurst Farms in Stanley. Lawnhurst Farms, a multi-generational family dairy farm owned by the Jensen family since 1925, will use the new state-of-the-art digester to produce electricity from by-products on the farm. Don and his family played an integral part in helping bring the digester to their farm, which will have numerous economic and environmental benefits for the community.
