NYS Department of Health's 50 Years of Vital Newborn Screening Press Conference

Senator Bill Larkin had the privilege of speaking at the NYS Department of Health’s 50 Years of Vital Newborn Screening press conference held in Albany. His legislation, recently signed into law by Governor Cuomo, requiring newborns to be screened for Congenital Heart Defects will now be included as one of the 46 tests required by New York State.
