Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of honoring Niskayuna Hugh School and Saratoga County students with Senate Certificates on March 6th as he viewed their work in the Legislative Student Art Exhibit, sponsored by the New York State Art Teachers Association, in the Well of the Legislative Office Building.
