Senator DeFrancisco Participates in Opening Ceremonies for Festa Italiana

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped kick off Festa Italiana during a press conference on the steps of Syracuse City Hall on September 12, 2014. Festa Italiana features a vast variety of great Italian foods, musical acts and entertainment. An Italian flag-raising ceremony was held at City Hall.
