Senator John DeFrancisco Recognizes the West Genesee Marching Band

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco attended West Genesee High School's annual Festival of Bands on March 6, 2014.  Senator DeFrancisco presented the West Genesee Marching Band with a legislative resolution to recognize the band for winning the National Class of the 2013 New York State Field Band Conference.
