Senator Bonacic with actor Tony Danza; and Emma Maceko, Assistant Energy Counsel, for Italian-American Day in the New York State Senate.  Tony  Danza  was selected to be the 2014 Italian-American Day Honoree as part of the celebration which recognizes the contributions of Italian-Americans.  Danza, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, was also presented with a NYS Senate Resolution for distinguishing himself  as an Italian-American with a successful acting career, and extensive community and humanitarian efforts.
