Congratulations to Jose and Wendy Navedo, and everyone at Chelsy's Place on their grand opening over the weekend. Chelsy's offers Spanish and American cuisine, and is open from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week! The Navedo's put a lot of sweat and equity in to making this a great restaurant for all to enjoy. Once again, congratulations and best of luck.
