I was pleased to join City of Rochester officials and the Charlotte community for the ribbon cutting of Kneads & Wants Bakery on Lake Avenue. It's always great to see new, local business open in my hometown community of Charlotte. Congratulations to Tracy Burgio and everyone at Kneads & Wants!
