I was pleased to join my colleagues in State government and local leaders today in supporting tax reforms proposed by Governor Cuomo at last week's State of the State address. These reforms will provide needed tax relief for hardworking families, and will help attract more businesses and create more jobs for Upstate New York. This is real change that will help the New York economy continue on its path to recovery.
