I was pleased to join officials from the City of Rochester, Monroe County and area developers to announce details about the redevelopment of the historic Bevier Building in downtown Rochester. I have been to countless groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings, but this was my first Tape and Spackling ceremony! When completed, this project will feature office space and 15 loft-style apartments, and is the latest example of the revitalization of downtown Rochester!
