Waterloo- Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Brian Kolb recently presented a special New York State Resolution honoring Bradley “Brad” Clouston for his designation as the 2013 Rising Star by the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce. The award is given to a young professional (40 or under) who has made outstanding contributions to their profession or life’s work and has devoted their time and effort in the greater Seneca County community improving the quality of life for others.
