Canandaigua- Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Brian Kolb recently recognized Ellie Fralick, the recipient of the 2014 Mrs. Canandaigua award. Senator Nozzolio and Assemblyman Kolb presented Mrs. Fralick with a special New York State flag that was flown over the State Capitol in Albany. The annual Canandaigua award is given to an individual who exemplifies service to the Canandaigua community and its citizens.
