Waterloo- Senator Mike Nozzolio was the surprise guest speaker at Fran Hurd’s retirement party celebration at the Waterloo American Legion. Senator Nozzolio presented a special New York State Resolution honoring Fran on his retirement after 42 years of distinguished service to Seneca County.
