Senator Nozzolio speaks at the 74th annual Italian Civic League luncheon

Rochester- Senator Mike Nozzolio was recently the featured speaker at the 74th annual Italian Civic League luncheon where he shared his family’s story about his grandparents and father leaving their homeland in Italy to build a better life for their family by immigrating to America. Senator Nozzolio also recognized several individuals for their efforts to preserve the rich traditions, culture, and heritage of Italian Americans. The Italian Civic League of Rochester was founded in 1932, and serves as a forum for the Italian organizations in Rochester to share ideas, communicate on issues affecting all organizations.
