Michelle and I celebrated Women's History Month at the Howland Cultural Center. I joined the center's Board of Directors in honoring their "Outstanding Women of Beacon," Kelly Ellenwood, Clara Lou Gould, Gwen Nerrie, Sara Pasti and Dot Paulin with Senate Proclamations.
