(Flushing, Queens) On Sunday, February 23rd, State Senator Tony Avella was honored to present the Beijing Association of New York (BJANY) with a State Senate Proclamation for their 8th Annual Chinese New Year Celebration.  

As part of the celebration, Senator Avella also presented State Senate Certificates of Appreciation to the outgoing President Ms. Hue Jie, President-elect Mr. Yi Shen, and Vice President-elect Ms. Diane Jing.
