Senator Bill Larkin was recently honored by the March of Dimes for his work on the Pulse Oximetry Legislation.  This new law will protect newborns by screening them for critical congenital heart defects before they are discharged from the hospital.  Shown presenting Senator Larkin with a plaque are Jerry Silber, Chair, Board of Directors, March of Dimes NY Chapter and Frank DeMeo, Director, March of Dimes NY Chapter.
