Quebec Minister welcomed in Plattsburgh

I had the pleasure of welcoming Quebec’s Minister of International Relations, the Honorable Christine St-Pierre, to my office in Plattsburgh on Thursday, January 29th.  She was accompanied by the Delegate General Jean-Claude Lauzon.  Earlier in the day, Minister St-Pierre was the featured guest at a gala luncheon sponsored by SUNY Plattsburgh’s Institute on Quebec Studies and The Development Corporation.
