State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting with constituents Pastor Mark Appell, of the Perth Bible Church, and Chris Gardener on Feb. 26th at the Capitol as they were in town to discuss State issues with the Senator.
