State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting with constituents Pastor Mark Appell, of the Perth Bible Church, and Chris Gardener on Feb. 26^th at the Capitol as they were in town to discuss State issues with the Senator.
