State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of introducing his guest, Pastor Mark Appell of the Perth Bible Church, on May 12^th as Appell gave the opening invocation for the Senate Session in the Senate Chambers, located in the Capitol in Albany. Joining the Senator and the Pastor was Appell’s son.
