State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of personally congratulating Shirley Luck of Johnstown for recently being named Fulton County Bar Association's Liberty Bell Award winner at a luncheon on Saturday in Mayfield. The Senator had issued Luck with a NYS Citation earlier in the month.
