Insightful meeting with experts and health care professionals at the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee meeting last night. Thanks to everyone who attended, I received valuable feedback on legislative proposals and ideas for possible future legislation and outreach efforts. Keeping in touch with community experience on the ground and connecting that experience with policy and outreach is the epitome of advisory committee work. I look forward to continuing to work with the great team that has generously volunteered their insights and experience to serve our community.
