Forum brought together principals, teachers, parents, and education advocates for community dialogue
Brooklyn, NY – Senator Hamilton, Assembly Member Simon, and Council Member Lander co-hosted a forum Wednesday, April 15th, at the Old First Reformed Church.
There have been discussions within schools, but fewer opportunities for multiple school communities to gather and exchange ideas, thoughts, and concerns. The community dialogue on high stakes testing provided an opportunity for elected officials to hear from the community and give updates on budgetary, legislative, and political developments.
