Senator DeFrancisco at the 2015 Syracuse Area Music Awards

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with Joe Whiting during the 2015 Syracuse Area Music Awards, also known as the SAMMYS. Senator DeFrancisco and Joe Whiting served as presenters during the event, awarding Fayetteville teenager Nick Ziobro with the 2015 Best Jazz award. The SAMMYS were held on March 7, 2015, at the Palce Theatre in Syracuse.
