Senator DeFrancisco also told a number of jokes and played a couple pre-reorded videos that brought down the house with laughter.  Senator DeFrancisco and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie offered separate rebuttals at the LCA Show, an annual satirical revue that roasts state lawmakers.
