Kelleigh was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation, known as AVM, at the age of four and remains dedicated to promoting awareness about this rare medical condition.
Senator DeFrancisco helped introduce and pass in the State Senate a Resolution memorializing Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to decalre July 19-25, 2015, AVM Awareness Week in the State of New York.
