State Senator John A. DeFrancisco participated in the State Leaders Panel at the New York State School Board Association annual Capital Conference, which took place at the Albany Hilton Sunday March 15, 2015.  Some of the issues discussed were education funding, school testings, charter schools, and the education tax credit.
