Senator DeFrancisco Visits White Branch Library

Senator John A. DeFrancisco was a guest reader at White Branch Library in Syracuse on August 6, 2015.  Senator DeFrancisco read to the children, handed out edudational coloring books, and answered several questions about his job as Senator and about New York state government.
