Announcing $2.3 Million in Childcare Subsidies for Monroe County

I was proud to join my colleague Senator Rich Funke, George Rommell of the YMCA of Rochester, County Executive Maggie Brooks and Mayor Lovely Warren to announce that in this years' state budget, we were able to secure $2.3 million in childcare subsides for Monroe County. This funding will do tremendous good in making sure that familes and hard working single parents in our community have safe and responsible child care for their children.
