Local Roads Matter! As Senate Transportation Chairman, I am proud to fight for increased funding in this year's State Budget to repair roads and bridges throughout Upstate New York. If there's a commitment for a billion dollars for the Tappan Zee Bridge, then there should be a commitment for a matching billion dollars for Upstate roads and bridges!
