Summer of Opportunity Program at IBERO

I recently had the chance to talk to a group of Rochester youth participating in the Summer of Opportunity Program at IBERO American Action League. This is a great program that I have helped secure funding for since its inception, and helps Rochester teens earn an honest living during summer vacation.
