Senator Mike Nozzolio recently met with Seth Agata, the new Chairman of the New York State Public Employees Relations Board at the State Capitol.  As a member of the Senate Finance committee, Senator Nozzolio supported Mr. Agata's nomination and he was confirmed by the full Senate.  Both Senator Nozzolio and Seth Agata are alumni of the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR).
