May 26, 2015

Albany- Two area high school students recently spent a day in Albany shadowing Senator Mike Nozzolio. Caroline McCulloch, a junior at Geneva High School and Benjamin Dodge, a junior at Williamson High School, had the opportunity to observe Senator Nozzolio in his official legislative duties, which included committee meetings and an official session of the New York State Senate.
Caroline, the daughter of Stanley and Babette McCulloch, and Benjamin, the son of Clifford and Alice Dodge, visited Albany as part of the 15th Annual Students Inside Albany conference, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of New York State Education Foundation, Inc. The program is designed to give high school students a greater knowledge of their state government, as well as their responsibility to become involved in their local communities, state and federal governments.
