Senator Ortt slapped a hardhat on and toured the grounds of the multi-million dollar expansion and renovation project at the Salvation Army in Lockport. The new section of the building will have a new food pantry, kitchen and rooms for programs aimed at helping the area’s at-risk youth. Sen. Ortt said this is just one way the Salvation Army continues to make a difference in the community. The project is expected to be completed by December.
