S.C.O.P.E.'s Orleans County Chapter Chairman Retires

Monday night was Tinker Young’s last meeting as chairman of S.C.O.P.E.’s Orleans County Chapter. Community representative Bill Hilts, Sr. presented him a proclamation from Senator Ortt’s office recognizing his accomplishments. Young officially retired as chairman of the Shooters Committee on Political Education.
