Really grateful to NYC Council Committee on Mental Health, Developmental Disability, Alcoholism, Substance Abuse and Disability Services Chairman Andrew Cohen and the entire committee for allowing me to offer testimony on mental health today. Glad to have an opportunity to hear from NYC First Lady Chirlane McCray and Deputy Mayor Richard Buery on Thrive NYC and policy advances to promote mental well-being for all New Yorkers.
