Rochester, NY - Senator Mike Ranzenhofer joined youth from across the city of Rochester to plant colorful flowers in 70 concrete curbside planters on Genesee Street. Youth from the Boys & Girls Clubs, Teen Empowerment and Rochester Academy Charter School participated in the annual event.
