Senator Venditto Helps Homeowners at Local Property Assessment Grievance Workshop

New York State Senator Michael Venditto, (R, C, I- Massapequa) recently partnered with Nassau County Legislator Rose Marie Walker, Legislator James Kennedy to sponsor a Property Assessment Grievance Workshop at the Massapequa Public Library at Bar Harbour. It was a packed house, as over 100 homeowners showed up to get information on how to appeal their assessment and navigate the County website to file an appeal online. Due to the large turnout, we will be holding a second free Property Assessment Grievance Workshop in Massapequa on Friday, February 19th from 7pm - 9pm at the Berner Middle School Auditorium (50 Carman Mill Road, Massapequa). This second larger location will ensure that every homeowner who would like to attend the workshop can.
