Senator Kaminsky pens letter to U.S. Dept. of Education re: Opt Out Movement

Senator Todd Kaminsky penned the attached letter to U.S. Department of Education Secretary John King, regarding his recent proposal to designate public schools with five percent or more of students that opt out of testing as “in need of improvement”
