Proud to stand with congregants of Charity Neighborhood Baptist Church, community advocates, and neighborhood residents seeking to ensure that our voices are heard and the church is restored to its rightful place when construction is completed at Bedford Avenue and Lincoln Place.
"Stick to the contract" and "Agreements Must Be Honored" were just two of the clear messages we delivered to developers. We will not stand for our friends and neighbors to be shunted aside or stuck in a windowless basement. Thanks to all in the community who joined us and voiced your support for justice today.
