Thanks to Senator Avella, Senator Savino, the CUNY School of Law, the Center for Urban Environmental Reform, and all the participants in the Joint Public Forum on the Climate Change and Community Protection Act.

As one expert put it today: "It's a big job. We have to staff it fully. We've got to start now." I'm heartened to have colleagues, experts, advocates, and community so resolutely committed to tackling this challenge.
