(Middletown, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) joined local community members and officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony for Hemlock Ridge Apartments, a $17.2 million affordable housing complex in Livingston Manor. The new complex contains 60 units for families, serving households at 50%, 53% and 60% of the area median income.
