Victory!

After years of working closely with the tenants of 265 Hawthorne Street, we can say that now they are owners. Eve'Lynn Williams, the president of the Co-op Board, the residents’ pro bono attorney David Morisset, community resident Carmen Martinez, and IMPACCT Brooklyn all played key roles.

I also want to praise my constituent services team for their diligence in working with tenants for the past three years to finally secure ownership. Thank you Elisa Helligar and Reuven Lipkind!
