Three of the many interns who helped out in our Central Brooklyn communities this summer. Thanks to all our interns!

We had many wonderful interns who helped with a variety of new projects and longstanding events in the community. From our first-ever, state level participatory budgeting, helping the community have its say on $1 million in capital funding, to our Summer at the Subway events, bringing resources to subway stops around the district, to Movies Under the Stars at parks around the district, bringing the community together and sharing Caribbean arts, crafts, and a film, interns helped throughout an active summer in our Central Brooklyn neighborhoods.

I want to thank them for all their hard work—they made a real impact in the community this summer!
