Vital Brooklyn: $1.4 Billion Investment In Brooklyn's Future

Brownsville community welcomed Governor Cuomo for an important Vital Brooklyn update this afternoon. Vital Brooklyn’s fundamental elements include investments in housing, workforce development, our schools as a base for services, health, wellness, and community empowerment – overall, a $1.4 billion investment in our Brooklyn communities.

The comprehensive approaches Vital Brooklyn takes will serve our Central Brooklyn neighborhoods well – overall we want to work to make Brooklyn “a healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable community” as Vital Brooklyn and these much needed investments aim to do.
