This morning, I met with representatives from the Rochester-Monroe County Youth Bureau in my office at the State Capitol. I discussed with the students the important issues facing our community, including education, poverty and the opioid crisis as well as what it means to represent the City of Rochester and Monroe County in the New York State Senate.
