17th Annual Youth Flower-Planting Project

Rochester, NY- Senator Mike Ranzenhofer- along with 50 young adults from area organizations, agencies, businesses and churches- filled 70 curbside concrete planters with flowers along a 2-mile span of Genesee Street in Southwest Rochester.
Over the years, the project has proven to offer youth an opportunity to beautify the street where they live. The annual event is sponsored by the Genesee Corridor Business Association.
