Honoring Our PS 222 Super Reader

Every summer I hold a reading contest that motivates District 17 students and promotes a lifelong love of reading. Kids across the district sent in their entries to let me know about all the books they read over vacation. It was my pleasure to present this year's Super-Reader award to a very impressive first grader whose outstanding reading skills compliment his positive character. Thank you, Principal Olivieri and PS 222 for sharing our excitement.
