In August, I was happy to join my neighbors and colleagues in the Bronx for a number of outdoor community events, including Family Days at NYCHA's Sedgwick, Mott Haven, Patterson, Mitchel, and Mill Brook Houses.

This year, I had the honor of presenting a Senate Proclamation to Mill Brook Houses TA President & 2020 Woman of Distinction, Princella Jamerson for all of her hard work and dedication to helping her neighbors during the COVID-19 crisis.
